What to Submit

When you apply, please ensure that you include the following:

Completed Application Form

Supporting Documents*:

  • Constitution/Memorandum and Article of Association/Trust Deeds
  • Most recent audited accounts (new organisations can provide a recent bank statement)
  • Quotations for expenditure breakdown
  • Confirmation of other funding sources (if applicable)
  • List of people consulted on your project
  • Evidence of acknowledgement of support (only applicable to those who have previously received PPT funding)

These are the next funding round deadlines:

Small Grants Program

The opening and closing dates for the remaining funding rounds of 2012 are:

             Open              Close

Q2         9th April       25th May

Q3         9th July        24th August

Q4         8th October  9th November

 

Please ensure that you have submitted all documentation by these dates – late applications will not be accepted

Also, please note that we have recently changed our criteria regarding which regions in England we award funding to. We are currently accepting applications in England from the following areas at the following times:

The NORTH (includes North East, North West, Merseyside and Yorkshire and Humber) = Q1 and Q2 funding rounds.

The MIDLANDS (includes East Midlands and West Midlands) = Q3 and Q4 funding rounds.

 

Dream Fund

Applications are currently closed. A new funding round will be announced later in 2012.

  • Have you read the guidance notes to check your project meets our criteria?
  • Have you fully completed your application form?
  • Have you gathered all supporting documents?
  • Are you applying for an eligible amount? (Non-registered charities/groups may only apply for up to £2,000, registered charities may apply for up to £10,000 or £5,000 in Wales)
  • Are you applying from an eligible region?
  • Does your project fit with one of the six funding criteria?
  • Will your project be completed within 3 months?
