Please check below to see if you and your project are eligible to apply. If you meet any of the below, it's a good start! Please be sure to read our guidance notes for full details on our funding criteria.
What type of organisation?
Does your organisation fall under one of these types?
- Registered charity (requires a number from OSCR or Charity Commission)
- SCIO
- Constituted voluntary or community group
- Social enterprise
- Community interest company (CIC)
- Not-for-profit organisation
- Sport club
If so, then you are probably eligible to apply for funds.
Where are you based?
Is your organisation - or your intended project - based in one of these areas?
- Scotland
- Wales
- North East England
- North West England
- Yorkshire and Humber
- East Midlands
- West Midlands
If you do not fall into one of these regions, then we will be unable to accept an application from you. Please note that the different regions in England are funded at different times - visit the How to Apply page for more information.
What is your project?
Does your project fall into one of these categories?
- Purchase of capital items
- Creation of community gardens/allotments
- Purchase and/or installation of energy saving devices/equipment
- Workshops that provide tangible results (such as qualifications or skills)
- Conservation of wildlife and habitats
- Diversionary projects for youths
